She holds the prestigious CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) and GRI (Graduate, REALTOR® Institute) designations, along with other professional certifications that reflect her dedication to excellence. Known for her creativity, sense of humor, and dedication to mentorship, Kathryn finds joy in helping others—whether they’re clients or fellow agents. Outside of real estate, she enjoys yard work, sewing, cooking, fly-fishing, reading, and spending time with her Labrador Retriever.
