She is genuinely passionate about her work and committed to customer satisfaction. Clients appreciate Nicole's ability to think outside the box and offer new and varied options/suggestions. She prides herself on building life-long relationships with her clients. A native Houstonian, she moved to The Woodlands in 1976. She has seen The Woodlands, Montgomery County and the surrounding areas evolve and has an appreciation for all of their dynamic features. With prior experience in New Home sales and a solid knowledge of construction and remodel methods, she is also uniquely positioned to help buyers looking for Resale, New Construction or a Remodel in any market. She also finds this experience helpful with her sellers. Nicole's ongoing education and training allows her to best represent buyers and sellers; as does utilizing new technology in her business. Nicole is a Certified Relocation Professional and a Preferred Real Estate Professional with the Veterans Land Board (VLB).  

Family is Nicole's biggest love! Her husband has successfully worked in the Home building industry since 2001 and is also a proud decorated combat Veteran who served with the 2nd Ranger Battalion in Ft. Lewis Washington. Her son is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a BS in Construction Science and is in Industrial Commercial Construction in Texas. Her daughter is a graduate of The University of South Carolina and the University of North Texas Health Science Center with her Masters of Physician Assistant Studies. She and her husband (a Pediatric Doctor) are in North Carolina.  Nicole and her husband became grandparents to sweet T in 2023! When not with clients, Nicole LOVES traveling and her two crazy doodle dogs.
