With over 30 years of expert marketing experience Mary has an impressive proven track record of award winning performances specializing in residential, commercial and franchise sales in real estate. She is a native Virginian and a University of Tennessee graduate. From that point forward she has had a long and successful career as a real estate marketing expert where she earned the top International Franchise Sales Award with Realty World North America while living in Boston, MA. She then led the top performing regional Franchise Sales Team of New England while living in Philadelphia PA earning multiple awards for exceptional sales production Mary then followed another career opportunity forming a partnership where she served at the helm of Sable & Rosen Real Estate; a successful brand marketing & leasing specialty business offering comprehensive real estate services for top commercial developers in Lancaster, PA. And lastly due to her husband’s job relocation, Texas is where Mary and her family landed; The Woodlands is where she has called “home” for 22 years. She dedicated the first few years to raising her children and served on multiple PTA groups and volunteering as a cross-functional team leader of community professionals and volunteers. When her children left the nest for college, she re-entered her real estate career in 2007. Her community service experience where she cultivated many close connections and strong alliances became a solid base of personal referrals and loyal clientele.
